The last few weeks have been a little hectic, and my habit-building has been suffering. Some family issues plus general work & study derailed me a bit. I also have not posted in a long time.
I am know trying to get back on track with my one most important habit: going to bed before midnight. I've realized how important good sleep is for my normal functioning. Also, the rest of my habits (exercise, MIT planning, etc.) seem to be going well without much effort.
I have a few ideas for posts with different PD topics (you are probably a bit bored with all these habits posts). I'll try to write something in the next days and keep the blog "alive".
